Such a fun and cute read! I was so happy to find a book with casually autistic characters. Eve being fat in much the same way was the cherry on top! I really enjoyed the humour, and all the characters had great depth, personality, and flaws.
The obligatory conflict near the end of the book didn't last too long which I was thankful for. Too many romance books drag out the lack of communication part too much but this book didn't do that at all.
I read this book first, despite it being the 3rd installment, because I was only interested in the autism rep. But now that I know more about the other Brown sisters I will definitely be going back and reading their stories at some point.
Would definitely recommend!! (But not to my family.... too much use of a certain sparkly, purple, phallic-looking object.)

The blurb says "Eve Brown is a certified hot mess." I usually do not like FMCs that are hot messes because they always seem to come off as kinda whiny and helpless, but I really liked Eve! She was neither of those things. She always had an underlying current of confidence and being comfortable and unapologetic about who she really was.

The story moves quick, and good dialogue helps keep things moving.

Listened via audiobook. This book, like the rest of the books in the series, was super cute! They aren’t fantastically written literary masterpieces, but they are such fun, easy reads. I especially liked this one because it is such a breath of fresh air to read about neurodivergent main characters that i can immediately relate to. This is the first book in the whole trio where the rest of the Brown family became super unlikeable and toxic though, so that took away some of the enjoyment for me because it felt very uncharacteristic.
