⭐️⭐️⭐️.5 stars although I think if I read the physical book it would be 4 stars.
The smut was kind of ruined for me on audio but besides that this book was a lot of fun. I resonated so much with Mariel our FMC, and the romance was really sweet.
I enjoyed all of the characters although some may have felt cringe at time (I felt it was done with purpose though).
This book was lighthearted, fun, and a pleasure to listen to for the most part. I think I will give the second book a go when I get the chance.
If you’re looking for a witchy rom com in between some more serious books this is perfect

A cute romance. I enjoyed the witch aspects and the complexity of the family dynamics. I stuck with 3.5 stars because I enjoyed it, but wouldn't see myself reading it again and although I am going to read the next in the series, I don’t HAVE to read the next in the series. I’ll get to it though.
