“It’s me I wish were different    I love them & I guess part of loving them is wishing I were better, a better version of myself”
Saw a review that’s said it’s a mix between Elizabeth Acevedo and Nina lacour and couldn’t agree more

This felt like I was being read a dream. Even the way it was read was dreamy. Sadly much like people's dreams I couldn't connect with it. I enjoyed the reality based parts of this story but not so much the fantasy parts... Would be open to discussion though :) When I look back on this book I know that Jasmine was the vehicle for growth but I feel like that could have been something else?? Maybe I just didn't get it at all? Give me feed back Good Readers!
