A great glimpse into how Cruella became Cruella. I loved the illustrations, they really brought this story to life. I’m really hoping that they make more of this Villains series into graphic novels.

Good art. Enough words to convey the story. Found the color scheme made it a little difficult to look at sometimes.

An origin of sorts for Cruella De Vil that's framed as a memoir coming right from Cruella's mouth. And I honestly like this origin more than the one they portrayed in the Cruella movie with Emma Stone. The art is lovely and it makes me interested in reading more of the Villains series either in the regular novle form or in graphic novels.

Loved the art style and the story itself was interesting enough but found my attention waning towards the end as it became a little dreary.

Two sides to every story is right. This graphic novel tells the story of 101 Dalmatians from Cruella De Vils side. From childhood to her marriage to her breakdown, you can truly understand how she became the broken woman she was.

The graphic designs were very similar to the original not missing any details. It made me reconsider her heartache and truely feel sorry for Cruella as time and time again she believes her mothers lies.
