Un poco lento al principio pero es para dar un contexto amplio. Es misterioso sin ser angustiante y los personajes tienen dimensión, no son solo buenos i malos. Me gustó mucho Ravi que es genuino y tierno, Pippa es particular y muy determinada

I've been on a 5/5 star dry streak for quite a while-- none this year, and the few last year were the first ones since 2018. So I'm kinda at the point where I'm not sure I could even still identify a 5 star read if it smacked me in the face. And I think this book proves that theory.

I read this in a single day, devoured it, found myself engrossed in the mystery, thought it was really well done, don't really have any complaints about it... and yet... I'm not sure if I can give it 5 stars. I want to, I think. But I'm hesitant to. It's like it's been so long since I've pressed that 5 star button that I don't know how to do it again.

In many ways, this gave me 13 Reasons Why vibes. Obviously, there are a ton of differences. But exploring the way that one girl's life impacted the entire town she lived in, the way she wove in and out of everyone's lives... I think it felt familiar because of that. It hit on a lot of the same themes as it as well. For that reason, there were moments where it felt like it was treading the same YA tropes that have been done many times before, but that never really bothered me because I was enjoying the book so much.

Anyway, just know that I really enjoyed this and found it really compelling, and it's either 4.5 or 5/5.

Absolutely amazing! Even with some distractions from being in the middle of moving I read it in roughly 24 hours.

I borrowed it from my library and I will definitely be buying it for my personal collection!

this was fun and addictive! i wish i had read it when i was 16, it would for sure be a 5 star read. as a 26 year old, however, it is a solid 4 star! pip and ravi have a lot of charisma and i love the nancy drew vibes. there were some cringy moments, specially between pip and her friend cara, but overall i love it.

I feel as if I missed something because a lot of people seemed to love this book, and I did not. I had been unable to appreciate the plot. Even though I had read the novel until the last page because I wanted to know the end, I felt as if I had lost my time. Maybe I would have appreciated that kind of book when I was fifteen, but now, twenty years later, it just bored me. It sometimes reminded me of those Fear Street books that I read a lot when I was a kid, but in more elaborate. I didn't like the characters that much, and the entire story seemed exaggerated to me. Well, in the end, I would put 2 stars and a half; the half because I enjoyed some parts, but not many.
