I found this to be quite a hard read. Very poignant. Being someone who is not a huge fan of the dystopian fiction genre this gripped me.

It is something had I read it a few years ago, I’d have said that it wouldn’t happen in todays society but really, it is something that could become all too real and its upsetting.

The main character held the book, I felt their emotions; their pain; their hardships throughout the book - it was such a realistic read.

I was 100% behind Axel and Dune and their relationship, I loved them together and loved the support they had for each other despite all the trials and tribulations.

Thank you to @kaleidoscopictours for arranging this tour and to @petekalu for sending me a copy of your novel.

Interesting concept. However found quite repetitive at times and felt couldn’t connect strongly to the characters. Do look up trigger warnings as there’s a lot of graphic/dark themes. Also found ending disappointing. Mentions important topics.
