It’s hard for me to overcome an age gap of 19 years. I’m 44 and a 19 year old girl is just really hard to see as a good match for a man in his 30s (or even late 20s). 

This books was recommended to me over and over, so I read it. When I could shut out that she was 19, it was good. I think I mentally aged her about 5 years so that I wasn’t mad at Pike the whole time. Her trauma made her seem mentally older anyway, so it wasn’t hard.

ugh this was so cute!!! there was so much chemistry between jordan and pike. sexy scenes had a lot of passion and connection (3.75/5). there’s a solid build up that really enhances the magnetism between them.
