I found myself feeling very uncomfortable  throughout most of the book, especially in the beginning. It was definitely a different way to tell a story and simultaneously a quick and slow read. I found myself wanting more from this and you can tell the author was going for a peaceful, slow vibe but it came out dull and boring. Even the fight scenes couldn't hold my interest. There so much repetition and I was upset with the ending.
The guy that imprisoned and tried killing her current lover is just forgiven and she has multiple children with him. Like why? And then she turns around and goes back to her previous lover after he's released from a wrongful sentence that was given to him by douch bag lover. And the. As she's leaving lover 2 for lover 1 she telling him she will sing for him and think of him and will always love him! Girl needs to get to priorities straight text

Very fast paced book. Enjoyable light hearted read. Felt the book was maybe a little too fast at times and some things could have been explored a bit more. But another good book by this author.

A charming story following a sainted mother after her mystical child’s birth. Her telling is emotional in places, and far calmer than expected in others, but was definitely worth the read. The characters were enjoyable, and the interactions were varied enough to keep the story interesting.
