While there were some interesting points made, it felt super condescending. Like the author has an opinion and thinks only she is right. Did not like how judgmental she was toward the idea of marriage and acted like she was sooo much better than everyone.

I kept waiting for this book to be a good psychological thriller but it's just bizarre and both main characters were more annoying than anything else.

I actually kinda hated this. Robin, the main character, was completely insufferable. She was the epitome of judgmental and mean. I get the point the author was trying to make, but doing it with a mean and judgy character fell completely flat on me. This type of unrelenting opinions that puts others that disagree down is not productive to the conversations that need to be had. This makes me very sad because I really think this concept could've been a great book theme but it was executed so badly and without any empathy. I had hope that Robin would have some positive character development towards the end and was sadly disappointed.
