It gets harder and harder for me to review Ace's poetry collections with anything like objectivity, but I'm going to try. This is an especially strong collection of poems, and the theme seems to be travel and the comforts of everyday life. It's hard to pick favorites, but I'm especially taken with the very first poem ("I Was Heading for Georgia But Saw the Sunrise") and "Facebook Keeps Telling Me", which is always a big hit at poetry readings.

Pick up this collection, and you may indeed find yourself "as untroubled as a gray squirrel at rest/ warmed on its branch by the sun" (from "The Dream Turned Religious Right Before I Woke").
