The idea of "amplify, don't amputate" resonated with me and is the most helpful section of the book. I'm not willing to go completely tech-free, but it helped inspire some necessary changes at my house. The author presents a point of view that I don't fully agree with (zero screens at home until at least 8th grade, no screens at school so homeschool instead), but it's a helpful tool to examine the relationship your family has with screens.
