Very interesting examination of some of the similarities between Anne and LMM using the scenery, flora, and seasons of PEI. I read this as an ebook and really wish I had had the physical copy because I think the pictures would have been even more impactful! This made me realize how little I actually know about LMM’s life despite loving her work so much (and from a genealogist’s point of view I’m impressed with how many house interior and garden shots she was taking at the turn of the century!)
