Liked it a lot!

It's my first doctor who comic, and while it was short and cheesy I still found it as good as a DW episode.

This was my first time reading the Doctor Who comics. It was fun and easy, not as thrilling as I expected.

As most people who know me well already know, I LOVE DOCTOR WHO! This was a fun little 5 minute read with 3 different stories in it featuring Doctors 10, 11 & 12. The first sees Clara and 12 saving the creatures of a Quartz planet. The second story features 11 and a misunderstood book monster and finally, 10 had to deal with a creature of his own making. These are so super quick. Think a mini- webisode! 3 stars

Spider-man & Venom(need I say more!?)

Okay, since I haven't read much of these two together in one issue, I thought I would give it a go before watching the new Venom movie. I'd say it was alright — nothing super special but not bad either. I also feel like each one makes them stand out differently and I don't know what was the case here, but I liked Venom more. It was a very quick read and deserves 3 stars, for now.

One of the first comics I've ever read!

I know it was just a sample, however, it was fantastic on both sides of the equation! I'm hoping to read more comics soon!

Interesting look into the Spider-Man and Venom stories, written by two authors I was aware of to some degree - Al Ewing more than Ram V, to be honest. Still, I've enjoyed most of Ewing's work, like his latest run on GotG, and although I'm not the biggest Spider-Man fan, I do enjoy some of his arcs and I was, to be honest, more excited about the Venom story.

I probably would have been better off having read King in Black for the Venom story, but I knew the ending, and I'm intrigued as to Eddie Brock's new role in the Marvel universe after reading this. I think I'll try to pick up some more of it, in fact, and I might even delve into what they're doing with Ben Reilly to be honest.
