This is my 1st book from this author and I really enjoyed it. The characters felt real to me not these over protective perfect alpha protector. Gage and Hannah have a past and are in danger. The romance was a little fast but it was to be expected with such a short book. Ive already started book 2

I started this book and realized that I had no interest in reading such a mediocre book when I have limited reading time as it is. So.....I've dnfed it for now, at least.

Oh my goodness!
I am loving reading Susan Sleeman books! They are packed with suspense, intrigue, action and some twists and turns along the way!
I was hooked from the very first chapter and scene....WOW! What a way to start a book! It made me jump. I'm glad I didn't read this late at night while being alone!
Susan Sleeman has got a fantastic start to this series. I'm feeling I'm really behind the ball since I know there are a lot more books in this series. I guess I need to get reading to catch up with them all. I can just picture all the characters and know each one will be involved in some great "edge-of-your-seat" suspense and action!
Plus, of course, there probably will be a bit of romance. Sweet!
I can't wait to dig deeper into this group of larger-than-life heroes!
If you love action, suspense, and intrigue, then I highly recommend you pick this series up and start reading it!
