I have read this book twice and still enjoy the story. It has some really sweet illustrations that have even me wanting to try some of the tasks that are within. It is an important story that introduces Shelly a girl so nervous and worried about annoying people that she struggles to talk. Her shyness causes problems and really emphasizes friendships as well as the choices that often need to be made. Sometimes you can't please everyone and it will hurt you more if you try.
A brilliant book that has a good message for all ages. Well written and with likable characters. I will enjoy reading it again at some point.
