Nena knight is back and ready to get to the bottom of who is attacking The Tribe.

Really fun listen. The audiobook is honestly wonderful.

This book manages to keep the same characters and create an entirely different conflict and plot, which can be hard with a sequel. Fantastically heartbreaking descriptions of PTSD, which were hard to read but also good to see. This was over the top but somehow still more realistic than I'd expect.

Thank you NetGalley and Yasmin Angie for this ARC in exchange for an honest review!

This is book two of the series and picks up almost where book one ended. Nena and her sister have become incredibly close due to the events in the first book. In this book, everyone’s loyalty gets tested. Someone is threatening the Tribe and has insider information, causing many casualties. This one was twisted right up. I didn’t know any answer or have any clue who was behind it all until it was revealed.

There are a few moments where it seemed to jump months ahead out of no where. Almost felt like some sections of the story were left unfinished.

I would recommend this to other readers. It is action packed and still has a storyline that it never strays from.

I loved this book! The ending hurt my heart. I was so angry. Nena and the Tribe are my new favorite series. I can not wait for book 3. This author has become an auto buy for me

It’s rare when book 2 outshines book 1 but man Yasmin has a true gift!!!! Book 1, blew me out of the park!! And book 2 just continued to build onto that backstory AND THEN SOME!!! And all I can say is buckle up and grab a helmet because you will get rocked and flipped and turn sideways but it’s such an action packed and suspenseful ride! I loved it! I absolutely loved it!
