It's really lovely to revisit the chocolate lovers club and meet old friends, Lucy, Nadia, Autumn, and Chantal. It's probably my favourite of the series, although all the books are good. The author has an easy to read writing style. it's a chick lit fluffy read but enough to keep you interested. There were storylines that were interesting and a life changing illness, for one of them was handled sensitively. This story had a lovely balance to it, and I wasn't sure if the wedding I had expected was going to happen, but there is a wedding in the book. I'm happy to see the back of Marcus, and I'm sure these women, their friendship, and love of chocolate have more stories to tell. A fab fluffy, touching read.

Absolutely loved this book and thoroughly enjoyed the three before it too, made me laugh out loud and will on that everything would turn out for the best. Friends forever and I'm not going to out any spoilers in it. I recommended this series to my mum and she's been laughing out loud to them too. Carole Matthews has to be my all time favourite author, I like the written style and has a great storyline. Keep them coming!

With a protagonist letting the wrong person back into her life, and allowing disruption to an existing happy relationship, it looked like it was going to be a stressful read rather than an enjoyable one. Plots with characters making predictable and stupid emotional mistakes are triggering for me.

This was a nice ending to the Chocolate Lovers' Club series, even though I am sad to see it go. I am hopeful that the author will write more. I know that the Chocolate Lovers' Club members have more tales to tell!!

When you have people around you who love the things that you too love, that is great. For me, I'm always happy when there is someone that loves books as same as me ( of course because we can share books and ideas ) I found this book in a shelf of someone I love so much.
That's not the story; Lucy, Chantal, Nadia and Autumn are such women who have the same desire for CHOCOLATES. But anyone of them do not have lives as sweet as.
Lucy is facing financial problems for her soon to be held wedding, and of course her ex-fiance problems; Autumn is dealing with her teenage daughter who she had given away for adoption ( not intentionally ) fourteen years ago; Chantal who is soon to be divocee and unexpectedly happen to be found out she is suffering from cancer; Nadia who have to travel three long hours just to find true love.
Despite of their own struggles four of them find time for each other. Most importantly they have themselves ( and of course chocolates ) But will they find courage to go through all the unexpected suprises that life has planned for them? ( "never underestimate the restorative powers of chocalate" )
