This book gives you a quick reference to 150 serial killers. It provides data such as birth, childhood (if known), number of victims, names of victims, capture, and outcome of said serial killer. I gave it 3 stars because the book I obtained had a lot of grammatical errors and also some questionable facts. I also didn’t like that there wasn’t a list of references to where this information was gleaned. Most factual non-fiction books will provide a reference area to list out resources used to obtain information for the book. From other books I’ve read about specific serial killers I’d say most of the information was factual but I took the rest with a grain of salt.
I don’t want to purchase book 2 because of the above disappointments but there were a few serial killers I know about who weren’t listed in book 1 (Kendall Francois, Amelia Dyer etc) and am curious if they are in book 2. Still on the fence. Will take time to think about it.

DNF. There was a lot of repetitiveness and contradictory information and many of the cases were difficult to read through because it carried on and on. I feel as though anyone interested in these cases would be better off reading news articles or even the Wikipedia page for the killer.
