cute, not Stephanie Plum, but an easy read...

This is kind of how I wish Stephanie Plum would evolve (into a kick-ass female who doesn't need to constantly be rescued by the men in her life) but it works just as well as its own series.

It does read more like an action-adventure story or like an episode of "leverage," but is still a fun, fast read. Sidney Sheldon wrote a book called "If Tomorrow Comes" about a woman who becomes a con artist out of revenge. This book reminds me of that: quick, quirky dialogue, sympathetic characters, and a slow-developing sexual interest in the two main characters.

Definitely nothing literary here, just pure brainless entertainment when you have nothing else to do.

This book was a very easy and fun read. It start out kind of slow but progressed as it went on. It wasn't one of my favorites though because nothing exciting happened. The whole story was very well thought out and written, I just wished there would have been more plot twists.

I liked it! A different twist to Janet Evanovich. Her wacky sense of humor was still there but it more subtle. An easy read and kept my interest.

Loved this book. Lots of fun to read. If you like a bit of suspense, intrigue, with a hint of romance, you will love these books. Author keeps your interest, keeps you in suspense and allows you some great laughs as well.

Glad I borrowed this from the library. I would have hated to have spent good money on it. I love the Stephanie Plum series and I can't understand how any other books she writes are so bland and totally forgettable.

I wanted to love the characters, but they were totally flat. The story could have been taken from an episode of "Leverage" if it had a little more sass.

This was a fun and pleasant read. The dynamic between Nick and Kate was very entertaining and holds a lot of UST promise. A f/m White Collar with a twist. This series has definitely piqued my interest.

I mean, it was fine. Total fluff book that I didn't really have to pay too much attention to which is perfect for the gym.
