I'm biased because I'm an astrophysicist but this book is an absolute banger. It's probably too technical of a sci-fi for many people but I think he does a decent job of bringing very technical concepts down to a readable level. It's like if Andy Weir really liked orbital mechanics and also didn't write the same main character on copypaste.
Graphic: Child death, Death, Genocide, Gore, Gun violence, Sexism, Suicide, Violence, Xenophobia, Medical trauma, Death of parent, Pregnancy, Colonisation, War, Injury/Injury detail, and Deportation
Moderate: Miscarriage

A solid read, I liked the first part more than the second bit of everything that happened after they made it to "safety" and could start focusing on rebuilding the human race. I do appreciate that Stephenson included the second part though. I think it added a nice ending to see where everything ended up after the fact.
Overall a great book (despite some parts where it was like okay was it really necessary to talk about Doc thinking about calculus when he was having sex and did you really need to haven all the women super horny every other chapter) and I would highly recommend it. This has definitely made it to my list of favorite books and I'll have to check out some of Stephenson's other works.

Strange but captivating story.
Moderate: Suicidal thoughts, Suicide, Torture, and Violence
Minor: Miscarriage, Sexual content, Xenophobia, Medical content, Pregnancy, and War
The first chapter is rough. Make sure you’re able to emotionally deal with reading/listening to people dealing with the world ending. It affected me more than I thought it would.jennmb's review against another edition
Couldn’t get through part 3 but 1 and 2 were good
Minor: Suicide and Cannibalism
