Omg I liked this one a lotttt more than I thought I would and probably more than most any of the other Sophie Lark books I’ve read since finishing the Kingmakers series :) the only exception is maybe Ivan (the first book in the Underworld series which this is the second to even tho for some reason it doesn’t say that on here)
Anyways I really really liked their dynamic and I loved them in Kingmakers so it was really nice to see them again :)
There was some really dark stuff in the middle that tbh I skipped through cause I just can’t deal with that but otherwise really enjoyed it :)
