First time reading ichkawa, thanks to the prompting of a bestie, who also got me curious in the anime. Would say this is a decent start to the series, though i can see how it may be confusing for readers trying to keep track of the Lustrous beings, as there are a lot of them. Found it also a bit endearing story wise and a little amusing. Looking forward to seeing how the series progresses and if we will get more information about their backgrounds and abilities. Also seems to be targeted at the younger end of teens, but being a fan of Steven Universe thought i would give it a go.
2.5 rounded up.

I liked the art work - some of the story fell flat.

First manga I've ever read. Reading backwards wasn't as difficult as I expected.
As for the story, although I really like the idea of crystal gem people with special abilities, I struggled to follow along for most of the book. I think the issue is that the art is black and white, and the characters main dif erence was hair colour which was lost once in black and white.

I was expecting a more interesting story considering the awesome gem world it's set in, and as it was so difficult to follow, I won't be reading any more volumes of this series.
