A fictional re-telling of the story of how coffee came to the west, in particular to the city of Vienna, during the second siege by the Ottoman Empire. Not only does the story enlighten about this wonderful tale from history, but it sets the scene for the author's novel "The Coffee Legacy". As such, whilst it stands well on its own, it also provides some historic background to the fantasy world that blends with our own. A fun read!
