You never know what you're going to get from a self-help book but this was a pleasant surprise. Complex needs boiled down to a handful of rememberable, actionable ideas. I appreciated that he universalized notions of a god/higher power.

It would have rated higher on my book if it wouldn't have turned into an advertisement for Buddhism towards the end. And I'm a Buddhist!

I should have gotten the book as well so I could go back through what I listened. I don't think I have retained much from the book other than trust begins with yourself and radiates out...
