This book is more toxic than my relationship with my parents.

idk how I feel about this book. Sometimes I think Aiden has some redeeming qualities but then he turns around and does or says fucked up shit
obvi had to end on a cliffhanger so now I have to read the sequel or look up some spoilers

Oh gosh I’m really becoming a big fan of Rina Kent and her delicious anti-heroes.

There’s something wrong with me, surely. Because I adore the light(ish)-hearted angst between a h/H that bicker back and forth. It’s like it’s fighting as foreplay and for some reason I’m adoring it.

Aiden is even more angsty and broody than his cousin Levi and he’s just my kind of overly-possessive psycho anti-hero that I love. He’s yum.

I also liked Elsie/Elsa/Elle/Ellie, except for the fact that she goes by a million different names. Why?!? So confusing. Lol

The story leaves off on a cliffhanger but I kind of expected that since it’s supposed to be a trilogy for the h/H. I will say that the big reveal felt a little too similar to Levi’s book. Strange, but that’s okay. We’ll see where it all goes.

And can I just say that I can’t wait for Ronan’s book. He’s such a loveable manwhore. I adore his personality. But I’m also very curious about Cole and his quiet presence. As well as whatever is going on between Xander and Kim. Ahh! I love all these characters. They are great. Rina Kent is a master at character building. So good.

I’m on to the next one. I definitely recommend this series (and any Rina Kent book) to those who love bully/enemies to lovers romances as well as heroes that are overly possessive and a little bit deliciously crazy.

Wow, just wow. This book had my mind blown, Aiden and Elsa story is a must read. Phenomenal story plot line. Bully romance is my favorite genre, this dark high school romance is simply my cup of tea times a million. All that can be twist it was, all that I thought was overpassed by and the bar is set so high, so many things going on and yet not enough. I so need more now! It's just amazing how this book got me reading all night and yet I couldn't sleep because I needed more. Simply a masterpiece.
