I really enjoyed this book. It was an excellent choice to snap me out of my indecision and the fast paced action, the suspense, the worldbuilding was also very well done. The characters were well fleshed out and their arcs as gripping as the plot.
My one quibble is that the story was building up beautifully and the plot was ripe for a multi book series and instead it, somewhat abruptly stopped. While there is a newsletter short to wrap things up, I do think there's tons of potential for at least a trilogy.
