This book was even better than the first. I absolutely loved it.

I saw more of a connection between Iris and the boys in this book and the spicy scenes were immaculate. I also loved the new guy. Quentin fit in perfectly with Iris and the guys.

Also Silas was not playing around in this book. The discipline he gave there toward the end had me shocked but in awe.

I will say this one was more intense than the first book and it for sure won't be for everyone. But I would absolutely 100% recommend.

I surprisingly enjoyed this one more than book one!

Personally, I feel like the two books weren't connected much, and it wouldn't have been hard to read book two without reading book one. Overall, I enjoyed this storyline and seeing the characters apart. In book one, the relationships seemed more for convenience, but seeing how they developed while they were apart was interesting.

We were also introduced to a new guy, Quintin and I actually liked him more than the guys we were introduced to in book one. He was honestly the reason why I enjoyed book two more.

Overall, I felt the pacing was better in this book and the storyline was more interesting to me.

Ending Four brought me right into needing to read Five. The book picks up with the happy foursome learning their way, defining their own relationships and torturing and assassinating people. You know, the norm.

Gabriel gets offered a job that both Silas and Baron feel may be a trap. Nothing feels right about it. Being the hothead he is, Gabe decides to take it anyway, against the judgement of the other men.

This leads to a mistake, just as they had thought. Secrets, Iris, temptation and power all play a role in this big decision for Gabriel. New info and new characters (a love interest maybe) are introduced, turning everything upside down.

This book is dark and sexy and I want a harem.

This was okay.

A lot of dialogue for me & the main crux of the story wasn’t as interesting as I would have expected.

The added person really wasn’t needed. Especially since the four weren’t even that settled in their relationship yet. So to add the new person was very unbelievable to me.
