Never get that I finished it a day before I started high school and it blew my mind then but still it could have been better. I didnt like the way the writer went but gotta respect it. Still like the host way better

THIS BOOK WAS SO GOOD!!!! eclipse was kind of disappointing for me so this book was just that much better. i love bella so much and her becoming a vampire was easily one of, if not my favorite part of this series. she handled it all so flawlessly and her tolerance to humans was amazing to me. also, i didn’t understand at first why there had to be a whole section from jacobs point of view but i really enjoyed it. yes, jacob is annoying, but i loved getting to see the whole situation through his eyes, and it made me like him a little bit better.

Personally, I didn't find this the best of the series. It had a totally different feel from the other novels, most likely because there was a totally different kind of story going on here.

There were occasional sweet feelings expressed but nothing compared to the twinge of romance that the other novels definitely had. I felt that this novel was definitely down to business and more uptight than the others which seemed to flow easily and keep you interested. I had read the other books in a day or two, but this one took me weeks because it didn't have the same flavor.

Otherwise, all your favorite characters are there. Interesting relationships spark up between the werewolves and the vampires, even among those who you never would have imagined. Even the relationships among the vampires themselves and the werewolves themselves was surprising; events in the La Push pack and in the Volturi were unexpected.

The rest of the story was not so good.

I didn't hate it, for the most part.
Jacob's POV was a breath of fresh air. Truly, comedy king. He tells it like it is, and calls Bella out on her stupid decision. It's so refreshing not having to be inside Bella's head all the time. That's definitely main reason I found this bearable. If it was only her telling the story, no doubt I would be bored out of my mind (even now her parts had some quite useless parts).

Second half of the book didn't need to exist. I'm convinced that when Stephenie doesn't know what plot to invent she pulls out Volturi. Build up to the biggest battle of the vampire world, everyone comes together.. And then nothing. I'm all for talking everything out, but, dear god, did it render the last 10 chapters utterly useless. I can't explain how pissed off I was.
I planned on giving this 2 stars, really for Jacob only. But the last few chapters made me want to rip my eyes out again. Honestly, I don't even remember anything else that "happened".

Anyways, this is the end. I absolutely hated every moment of this series. Would not recommend this experience to anyone.

I could truly write a novel on why this book fails in so many ways, but I'm sure that many have already done this for me.
