It's a good story about summer fling, but nothing too deeply moving or something that will be remembered or having a long term impact on me.

I fell in love with Adam Silvera's History is All You Left Me so decided to read this next.

I won't say that I'm completely disappointed, which I'm not, but as I said it's not something that will have a long impact on me.

Both of the characters didn't really impressed me, sometimes I even dislike them.
I felt the same way with the character for "History is All you Left Me" and I think it's just to show that they are really human after all, but I still found myself rooting for Griffin but not so much for Ben or Arthur.

I still like the way Adam Silvera wrote even though this one is co-writing and of course, I will read the second book of this series that will be released soon.

But, I won't recommend it as hard as History is All You Left Me (still haven't read the "They Both Die at the End"). It’s just doesn’t have the same impact for me.

A beautiful story about teenage love and longing (plus how it's possible to be friends with your exes). Totally going to read the sequel if I get chance!

It’s cute. It’s cheesy. It’s cringey. Very YA. But sometimes you just need that.

As a theatre lover, the references to musicals throughout the book certainly found a welcome audience in me! I loved the characters; they were developed in such a way that they almost felt like friends I was making in college. However, the plot felt a bit forced and a few of the decisions various characters made that pushed the plot in that direction felt very out-of-character.

All-in-all, definitely a fun and cozy read, and I'm glad I have it on my bookshelf!

The book was super cute, though it took me a while to get into it. Maybe because it was a mirror held up in front of me, given I apparently talk the same way a 16 y/o Broadway obsessed boy talks. Anyway! I liked that it was so dramatic and, even though it was kinda upsetting, I kinda like that the ending is ambiguous. Maybe it wasn't their time for forever. But what if their time for forever still lies ahead? Great realistic ending!! I hope Arthur gets to see Hamilton at some point.

Listen, I really wanted to love this, and I did for awhile. I’m not sure if it’s that I’m not often drawn to cutesy romance, or if the characters bothered me (they somewhat shifted personality when they were together, and I didn’t connect.) Sweet, just not for me.
