This series is just top tier! And the pirate elements throughout this book made it all the more enjoyable (and Adrian definitely stole the book for me despite my love for Elara and Enzo). The found family and budding war build ups throughout this novel made it even more gripping through every page. I am obsessed!

Such a different feel from the first book! Slightly confusing plot wise at times. I enjoyed the different perspectives of Merissa, Adrian, Eli and Enzo. Building nicely for some epic action

The first book was amazing, but this... This was a fucking masterpiece. I loved the world building, the characters, the villains (I mean, even Ariete made me feel things!!!!) and every plot twist. This is definitely my new obsession, and I need the next one NOW.
