Great insight and practical advice. The book was very thorough and broke down broad topics to specific advice very well. There was a lot of great clarification and cavets noted that was definitely needed for a topic that can vary so much person to person. The book was well-organized and the variety of experts consulted added a strong basis to what was being said.
Moderate: Body shaming, Eating disorder, Infidelity, Sexual content, Suicidal thoughts, Toxic relationship, and Pandemic/Epidemic
Minor: Self harm

I am biased since I’ve been a fan of Alison and bought this book as a fan. She has been a mental health role model for me for a long time, and this book was no exception. Even if you’re not dating, there are some helpful nuggets of advice and wisdom on how to communicate your mental health needs to your partner, and how to navigate these within yourself to be a better romantic partner.

Some really good takeaways in the first half, but then my loan ran out, I didn't get the book back for ages, and by then didn't feel the desire to read more. I think the more relevant sections to me were in the first half anyway.
