wow, i read this in like a day and just wow. this was incredible. i can't put into words how good this was. there was so much to love about this book, i'm so glad i decided to check it out.

just a really complex, emotional coming of age story. the conversations about faith and sexuality were beautifully written. the stakes felt higher here than in she drives me crazy, and it was sometimes excruciatingly uncomfortable, but i thought it all paid off. such a beautiful and powerful book!
the friend group kinda got on my nerves, as did all of the high school parties, but i wasn’t popular in high school so what do i know??
