This was honestly the weirdest thing ever. I honestly think she deserved what happens to her in chapter 12 It was all honestly very uncomfortable to read. I also didn’t like the writing style at all. Felt very immature

Her friend refuses to let her sit around and wallow this year, so she drags her to a Haunted Mansion Scavenger Hunt. There she runs into Khalid, the handsome stranger who has been following her today - or was she just imagining that?
Khalid makes her feel things she hasn't felt in a long time and Phoenix gets caught up in the wild night Khalid offers her. I don't want to give too much away about this story, I definitely recommend going in blind. The ending will surprise you.

Wow!! This was my first paranormal read, and what can I say besides I'm mind blown!!! Best impulse buy and read of the month. This story took me on such and unexpected ride withing such a short space of time. Lesson: don't let your anger consume your life and rob you of everything else. Well ✔️ to the author. I'll definitely be checking out more of her books.
