"Good luck, little thing, make Daddy proud."

Wow, just like the title, this was seriously a Dangerous Temptation.
I did not expect it to turn out that way.

Well, in the beginning, I was confused.
On the family tree. It wasn't a lot but because of the feud, the legal and illegitimate children, extended family here and there, it was quite a lot to catch up on.

What I do love, which I would say describe this book as a beautiful nightmare is the allure of darkness the plotline holds.
From the characters, the family feud, the secret history, the violence and the different trigger warnings that different characters experience.

I am glad we got both POVs of Tiernan and Bianca. Well of course it was more heavily focused on Bianca's as I think the author would want a more mystery to Tiernan's POV.
However, even if we do get the least of his side of the story, we do see a more emotional and character development in his because of how he feels towards Bianca.

With Bianca, just like here, we are unsure of who to trust, where she should go and who she should follow.
As her life depends on either hand of the family and her being kept in the dark weighs on her decision on what is right and who to trust.
I enjoyed her POV of her trying to either understand her daddy issues, her issues, keeping her brother safe and her feelings for Tiernan.

I definitely want to see more character development for Bianca.
Aside from Tiernan's friends and his circle of friends.
I do want to see more character involvement from Constantines and the Morelli's.

P.s Am I the only one who wants a short story or something of Aida and Lane.
Their love definitely felt like Romeo and Juliet meets The Great Gatsby.

We'd built on entire family history on climbing to the highest echelons of success on the backs of lucky risk-taking, so of course, we were bound to be burned on occasion, just as the Constantines had burned us decades ago. The difference between a Morelli and everyone else was that we never let betrayal go unavenged."
