A sweet, spooky read

I love a good witch story. Throw in a sweet and sexy romance, plus some paranormal activity and I'm all in!

The MCs Dominic and Caleb are wonderful and their chemistry sparks from the moment they meet. Caleb's friend Zach and Dom's sister Alice are a delight, and Sam the kitten is too cute.

Annabelle Jacobs has written a terrific story filled with romance, humor, supernatural happenings and a dash of horror.

If you're looking for a fun, spooky, romantic read this Halloween, read this.

ngl, I definitely enjoyed this a lot because it's set where I'm from (!!!)

But it's also cute and fun and kind of sad in places -- a nice Halloween romance read <3.

An eerie, haunting mm romance that’s perfect for spooky season! This one has all the hallmarks of an Annabelle Jacobs story: great characters, chilling suspense, a hint or drama and loads of unforgettable romance. I loved the connections made between present and past, especially once it all comes together in the end.

A great love story featuring two couples, one from the past and one from the present. I loved the haunting aspect of this book, almost creepy with the spirits and witchcraft. But the book is not so spooky that it takes away from the love story between Dominic and Caleb.
Good read

A tale of two love affairs.
One from the past with a bad outcome and horrid repercussions.
One current, between Dominic and Caleb that starts on dodgy ground, sorts out, wobbles a bit more and then gets resolved.
I personally didn’t find it spooky though we do get a gradual build up to halloween.
Dominic and Caleb move fast but they and Zach do accept something more is going on in the house - thiugh it was never going to be resolved as easily as they thought!
SpoilerCaleb has to be linked in somehow, and I’d like to have seen his family tree explored more.

"I look forward to October and novels of the paranormal sort the way many readers look forward to December and holiday romances. All Hallows’ Eve is a novel that played directly into my love of all things metaphysical, the inexplicable, and the places I love to let my imagination go when it comes to the things that throw shadows of doubt and evil over the hypothetical safety of our reality. The Ashworth house is a character unto itself, one giant shiver of dread lurking in the dark. The way it all plays into the romantic elements of the story—in the past and the present—was nicely done. The ethereal threads linking Caleb to the dramatic highpoint of the story is well played, increasing the tension and giving readers the one thing that makes this genre of novel work: we know what the characters don’t…yet…and waiting for them to catch on is half the fun."
