Excellent. Quiet, but gripping. And so sad. Ending was perfection. Movie should be interesting, I am prepared to be disappointed, but I will continue to hope.

I will be writing a fanfiction involving solely Tom and Patrick’s POVs (the only ones that matter, and we only got Patrick’s for about 20% of the book) and leaving Marion out of it. Since this book was over 50% her POV and honestly couldn’t care less, especially after that ending.
Some of her input would have been fine but I felt she overpowered this book just to turn out being vindictive in the end? Idk. This doesn’t sit well with me. My rating might fall the more I think about that ending.
