This is my favourite Zelda manga. It’s also the only game in the series I haven’t played. I have no idea how closely it followed the story in the game (I doubt it was very close), but it told a great story, unique from the typical Zelda format. It was really fun seeing the different Links interact with each other and have their own adventures.

I think this would be a great introduction to the manga genre for someone who hasn’t read one before.

Gay rights! Also, gay wrongs! This manga doesn't feel real. Highly recommend.
In all seriousness, I loved this way more than I thought I would. A great combination of my favorite tropes, plus a genuinely poignant message about identity and belonging. More Shadow Link, please.

Trying to tell the difference between the 4 Links when they all have essentially the same design with different coloured clothes in a black and white manga was one hell of a time. Still a cute story though.
