I didn't love the narrators for this and feel like it would have been better to read it in a physical format.
I did enjoy the story and it's deep look into the bigotry that continues to exist in our society today.
Love is love is love.

This book is beautiful. I loved the development of the two characters relationship. However the one downside I have with this story is the feeling of getting stuck in the middle to end of the book. I understand why this had to happen for the development of these two characters and their completely different family situations. But I still wish we got more of the joy that is the start of this book. All in all this is a solid 4.5 star read, I was truly entertained and dying of heart ache.

This was a good read, however i think Tanner was so in love with sebastian and even though he understood sebastian's family life and devotion to the church i don't think tanner saw the bigger picture of how even admitting he is likes boys could impact sebastian's life. But i loved the ending and seeing sebastian come to terms with his identity was so beautiful to see.
