This was the weakest entry in this series so far, but not terribly so. As abrupt as it was, the actual wedding storyline was as good as ever. The problem came with the short guest stories in the middle. These were somewhat entertaining but generally not as good and with mixed art. Not a waste of a read, but not a standout either, but it does set up the next volume.

Moments of brilliance mixed in with great quantities of absolute idiocy. And yet this was way more readable then it could have been. I'm sure there's a target market for Deadpool. Well actually I have no idea who the target market is, other than it ain't me. This could have been a pretty good book. There were some interesting ideas here. But the easiest way to make it a better book would have been to remove Deadpool.

This was by far my least favorite Deadpool story. Maybe his fiat, un-explained wedding to Shiklah would have felt more earned if I knew about her character - it sounds like she was invented for a previous Marvel Infinite story where Deadpool woke her up and adventured with her.

Out of that context, this was just a series of anecdotes about times Deadpool has been awful to various women, some of them invented purely for a 2-to-4-page flashback story. Victor Gischler's story stands out as one of the worst, while some of the other writers feel like they're "in" on the joke that this is really a story about how Deadpool is not a good partner.

Then we have another "Deadpool flashback" time-traveling to kill Hitler (and make a transphobic joke along the way), and finally an annual issue that "explains" why Deadpool (briefly) had a second voice in his caption boxes.

This book really shows off the worst excesses of Deadpool, with shallow memetic references to other properties that have nothing to say, women created purely as props to be thrown away, and a story that barely exists.

A little more of a piecemeal collection, but still good.

Some of the portions of this comic still stick with me. Deadpool has been married a few times mind you.. Series Rating: #1

This was really good! I like Deadpool and
SpoilerShiklah's
relationship. You should really read [b:Deadpool: Dracula's Gauntlet|20898013|Deadpool Dracula's Gauntlet|Brian Posehn|https://images.gr-assets.com/books/1470248397s/20898013.jpg|40257735] to get even more backstory!

I also really like the story at the end about Deadpool and Madcap!

This was really good!
SpoilerI loved reading about all Deadpool's past weddings (and how they went wrong) and how his current one worked out however weird it was.
And the Death Comes to Tinseltown comic was hilarious! I laughed so hard at the ending 😂😂
I also loved the Madcapped one! It was really sweet and clever.

Overall it was amazing! I totally recommend it!

Hilarious, crazy. Just what you'd expect from a Deadpool comic.

The second star is almost entirely due to the annual, which is pretty much the only thing I enjoyed in that volume (well that, the bride, and the apparition of a certain character). Some of the short stories were ok but the rest ranged from "meh" to "ugh". Just wasn't interested in most of it.

Coming off of the high of Dracula's Gaunlet, this is a real low point. Yet, it still has merit.
