Dark. Super fast read even for a 1st volume. Seiichi's mother is very attentive, maybe overprotective, but it hardly seems like a problem. Until a horrible accident happens. Definitely an accident. Right?

Wow. The art in this manga is absolutely stunning, the characters are complicated and I’m sure the nuances will show more in the sequel, and that plot twist has me SHOOK.

I saw another review describe this as a “slow-burn horror” and honestly that’s exactly what it is.
