Gavin and Mazie’s story really had me melting… Their chemistry is fire! I loved the chase between these two and the grovelling from both characters, it really added to the excitement and suspense of their relationship. Would definitely recommend it! Got to go read Elle and Dr VetDreamy’s book now!!!

I am ADDICTED to this series!

Maize has been one of my favorite characters since the beginning and I was so excited to get to read her and Gavin's story! Normally I am not a big fan of the off and on/hot and cold tropes, but I think this one was done well.

Gavin is a former bull rider and Maize is the head chef at the B&B on the ranch. (side note: All this food talk, had me so hungry!!!) They have a one night encounter early on and Gavin is hooked from them on. Maize is a little more cautious and tries to run because of her past. Both these characters were swoon-worthy and had such chemistry together!

The steam, banter and humor in this book were top notch. I think this one was my favorite so far in the series. I am looking forward to Elizabeth's story, as well as Kenzie's!

I love small town romances. Maize and Gavin are a match made in heaven. I wasn't a huge fan of all the chasing back and forth, especially for someone of their ages, but it made their love even hotter. They start off with a bang-literally. Maize is stubborn as hell, but it makes you love her even more!

Amazing read. I’m going to have to go back and read all the Bishops!!!

Gavin and Maize have an instant chemistry that gets awkward when he’s the new hire on her family’s ranch.

I thoroughly enjoyed watching their relationship progress over time.

Gah! I love this world so much!

Maize and Gavin had me hooked from the first page with their chemistry.
It was addictive reading their back and forth/
hot and cold act.

Super steamy, low drama with a side of swoon; I absolutely DEVOURED this book and am already looking forward to reading the next story.

Audio review:
Lia and Stephen have done it again!
The way they narrate these books is just magical, they manage to transport me to Texas EVERY TIME.
Gavin and Maize's story is one of sweetness, stubbornness and steam.
I absolutely adore this series and am looking forward to the next book.

The chemistry in this one was through the rough! And the setup for future books was just too good. I loved maizie and Gavin together and the addition of all the last stories with the future books was so cute!! Really fast read

Gavin is a swoony SAINT… I would have given up on Maize eons ago.

I’ll start by saying that I adore this series, as well as the first generation series. That’s why this got the stars I gave it. It’s on my “feel good swoon” list, and you can’t go wrong with hot cowboys. That being said, if it weren’t for the fact that I know I love this series I would have quit reading before the halfway point. Maize was just too much.

Gavin and Maize have an amazing

Gah I cannot get enough of the Bishop family and all the ranch workers! Seriously the best cowboy stories out there.

I have been wanting to get my hands on Mazie and Gavin’s story since the ending of the last book. They have so much chemistry with each other whenever they are in the same room, you just knew that their love story would be a hot one!!

I loved how Mazie is different from her rancher family. Inside of going in the family business, well she kinda does but in a different way, she decides to be a chef! So she is the main cook at the B&B. But after having a fun night out and doing something not her style, she never wants to relive it. That is until he comes walking into her B&B.

Gavin was just passing through for a job interview when he decided to have a beer. Little did he know he was going to run into the girl of his dreams....well he thought so at least. He wasn’t expecting to go on the chase of his life.

I just loved these two characters. They fit so perfectly together. And like I said, I love this family and getting a glimpse of the older family members is just a wonderful treat!
