I borrowed this only because The Terror is one of the best shows I've ever seen. I listened to the audio book read by Bronson Pinchot from Perfect Strangers and he was excellent. Really first class narrator who gave this at times confusing, strange and mixed up story some true emotional weight. It's not
really a ghost story, it's a story about memory and madness, misplaced nostalgia for youth and the regrets of old age. Very enjoyable listen.

This was a huge disappointment after enjoying Summer of Night. The story was boring. Dale was annoying. I did audio, narrated by Bronson Pinchot, and the narration was pretty bad. The women's voices were just awful. There was no difference between Dale and Dwayne, so I often forgot who was narrating. The editing was really bad too; there were some very obvious over-dubs that sounded completely different.
If you read Summer of Night, don't bother with this one. It really doesn't add anything to the story.
