It was neat to read a book from the perspective of occupied Poland. While partway through I could guess the ending, it still kept me engaged and anxious to hear exactly how we get to the resolution. It is sad and beautiful and made me want to learn more about the history of that region and time.
Graphic: Death and Antisemitism
Moderate: Excrement and War
It takes place in nazi occupied Poland and modern day Florida. There is one use of the R-word but it pretty immediately explained why that is wrong
