It's hard to rate since it's a novella and the story isn't finished, so... don't get started unless you have the next book readily available

I saw a lot of reviews about this book for not explaining everything that happened. While I do understand why that is frustrating, I also think that the book isn’t necessarily suppose to be about why the characters lost their memories. I think it was purposefully centered around their relationship and how they find themselves again. I think it’s much a better story if you focus more on the characters and how they become better people.

Man, I hate cliffhangers! So fucking much! But, oh my god. Charlie and Silas had my total attention from cover to cover. I loved it!!!

*so glad I can start book 2 tonight! lol*

Very confusing. Mysterious. Hoping the next one will clarify things up. It also very short only 140 pages, I honestly thought my copy wasn't complete and there was some kind of mistake. I think it should've been a full length standalone novel would've been better.

I’m not sure what I just read… paranormal? Mystery? Possibly a romance? Is there time travel at some point?
Colleen and Tarryn co-write this 3 book series and well, it sure left me hanging!

Charlie and Silas - who supposedly have been in love since before they could walk- wake up without their memories during the day at school. They don’t recognize any of their friends, teachers, each other, and are thrown into a world where they don’t know a thing about themselves.

They have to work together to try to figure out why their families hate each other, who they are, all the while trying to gain some memories back.

Definitely left with a huge cliff hanger… so now I need book 2!

What I can say about Colleen Hoover’s books is that they are all easy, fun reads. While there was nothing particularly mind blowing about this one, it did have an interesting original premise - the two main characters have lost their memories and need to race against time to figure out why. It was a cute story about young love that left a smile on my face.
