Excellent. Really enjoyed it.

This was a book ahead of its time, arguably one of the first feminist novels covering the issues of domestic abuse and coercion. Anne Bronte is the least known of the sisters and this is unfortunate as from the first page you are drawn into a strong, powerful story. This book has rightly been called a masterpiece and the story flows well and thankfully, a lot less descriptive than some Victorian writers, eg. Bennett.

I would definitely recommend.

This was an excellent book. I was annoyed with how many friends Huntington had, as it was hard to keep track of them all. I also thought it was an interesting timeliness layout.
