I rarely have such sensations when reading, but this book sent shivers down my spine!
It’s not because of the twists and turns it’s simply due to clear depiction of lack of any control over our existence. And this belief of control is our first evolutionary lesson.
In reality we control nothing, we only struggle to give sense to what we experience.
Carrisi is a master of building tension and slowly guiding you to a dark and terrifying place. And the end is hardly happy and certainly not the end.
This is his 2nd book I read and he has already become my favorite author.

It took me a while to get into the book, but then I got hooked. There is a lot of suspence and the plot is intriguing.
