A lot of simply, practical, and applicable concepts that I knew a lot of but it was a great reminder and wonderful to have all in one place. I listened as an audio book but will be purchasing as a physical copy to have on hand.

Putting this one to good use. Easy read, journal prompts to make it real and beloved to-do lists to check!

While the author's heart shone through, I found this to be too basic, with not enough detail to be very helpful.

Beautiful and inspiring, but not a fan of the small amount of theology included.

This was a gorgeous (like actually physically pretty) book. The content is straightforward - nothing groundbreaking or new, but a collection of strategies and ideas for the kind of rich, yet simple life I want. It was a good reminder of all those things in one short, concise book. The best part of the reading experience though was really the photographs and the design. I would say to definitely skip the kindle version and experience the hardback for this one. So pretty and fun to read.

Today I’m working on finishing as many books I’m in the middle of as possible, and found some treasures! This is definitely one of them. I’ve read several books on simplifying life and developing good habits. From the odd Magic of Tidying Up (don’t recommend that much, this has many of the same tips except on how to fold, but without the really weird spiritual stuff that Marie Kondo believes in) to my favorite, Large Family Logistics.

Emily does a great job of giving great tips that are entirely applicable to our modern rushed lifestyles. This is one I will also be looking for a physical or kindle version of together all I can from it.

This book had some great tips in it, that I can defiantly see myself implementing, and then there was a lot of what we already know and hear as mothers, “enjoy the small stuff” type advice. Over all ya a good read. The book is very pretty with great photography.
