It had been a few years since I read a Doc Ford novel, and I missed it tremendously! This book had me hooked and I stayed up way too late seeing how it would end. Can't wait to catch up with Doc and Tomlinson soon.

The book is well written and has a very strong narrative. You can see by reading the book that the author knows his stuff in regards to his knowledge in animal biology. This is definitely a good read. I really enjoyed it.

Did not seem like a typical Doc Ford book and too many snakes and worms!

It was exciting. There were some parts I didn't like, but it was overall a good book. The story kept me hooked (fish joke!). I will be looking for other books by the author. I didn't enjoy the snakes or worms (ewewewewewew), but it made the story a little more unique.
