Since the beginning of seeing The Bandit all over my news feeds I've been anxiously awaiting its release and you can almost bet that i doubled over when it landed on my kindle.
BB Reid has been a got to author for me since i picked up her Broken Love Series and if anything The Bandit just solidified that.

Move over Keiran Masters theres a new guy in the Land of B.B REID ANTI-HEROES and he's about to ruffle some feathers as well as some panties

The Bandit tells the complex complicated story of Mian Ross and Angel Knight. To say that Mian and Angel have history would be putting it mildly these two have been at it since a young age, years ago Angel was given the task of "babysitting" Mian

Angel has always tried to fight his attraction towards Mian from the moment he set his eyes on her he just knew she was going to be his undoing ,shes always been the forbidden fruit that he could not wait to take a bite of (not that anyone would mind Angel devouring them). These two have been caught is a web of lies spanning over many years secrets, betrayal and deceit is what surrounds them all over.

Mian fucking Ross. That little girl has owned me since she was ten. Every day for six years, I kept her, protected her, and grew a little more obsessed with her each time.

A few years later and there they are back at it again. Each having stolen something precious to the other they go about fighting passion whilst trying to return stolen "items"

Dark, a little bit gritty but passionate as well as uber sexy is how I would describe The Bandit and it's characters Angel for sure was a complex man I just couldn't figure him out a, hints of a cut-throat ruthless man began surfacing whilst Mian was both feisty as hell, headstrong, well as kind.

Fans of BB Reid would not be disappointed with this great addition to her collection newcomers as well are going to love it, if you love dark romance with sexy anti-hero's then this one is defiantly for you.

Angel Knight was neither my guardian angel or knight in shining armour. He was my enemy

*flops on the floor*
Stick a fork in me I'm done.

How can one author have the power to take over my whole life with just one book?!
I'll tell you.
She writes The Bandit.

I honestly don't know what to say.
This book was everything.
This book was life.

Bebe absolutely smashed it.
I didn't think nothing could knock Fear Me off the high built tower of amazing-ness but guess what, The Bandit was out of this bloody world.
I could go on forever telling you how much i loved this book until your ears will probably bleed and your sick of hearing my voice and it still wouldn't be enough to get my point across!

I feel i can't say much about the book though, i don't want to spoil the fun or ruin the suspence of finally reading this amazing-ness.
Mian is kickarse and Angel is a arsehole but damn it you fall for all of Bebe's words and that includes the characters!

*sigh*

I want to go back and re read already!
I'd love to experience it all over again.
I've lived and breathed this book for the last day and I'm actually sad it's over.

Bebe you is the best.
Take your crown of awesome-ness in pride and sit on your mighty thrown of bad boys.

For the past year, my closest book friends (and even my mother) have been telling me that I neeeed to read BB Reid's books, so when I saw she was releasing a new book, not related to anything she had previously written, I knew that this would be the book: my first BB read (see what I did there?)

Wow. What a freaking ride this book was. Part of me is kicking myself for not picking her books up earlier, and part of me is glad that The Bandit was my first, because seriously, wow!! This book was fantastic!! I was immediately hooked and just couldn't get enough of Angel and Mian's story.

The Bandit was filled with so much suspense, tension, edge of your seat action, and twists. I had no idea where the story was going which I loved!!!! It kept me gripped and desperate to keep reading. And then that ending...holy cliffhanger!!! As much as I was desperate to keep reading throughout the book, it doubled once I reached that ending. Book #2, please, BB!

I give it 3,5 stars bc there were soooo many wrong elements I couldn't oversee, and in between the book it was a bit slow and not as dark as it could've been.

Gahhh why do we always end up liking the bad boy... bc srsly Angel is a grade A asshole and a bastard for what he did to Mian. Lucas and Z too, like srsly.....

But you still see the layers underneath that makes you like them, although they piss you off 98% of the time.

BUT THE FREAKING ENDING!!!??! Shit shit shit, I need book two, I'm too damn curious. Angel and Mian didn't get "their" time at all.
I can't really blame Mian for what she did in the end, but he had somewhat changed and softened and she saw that. But lies. Lies destroy, even in the real world...

Book two hurry up please!

3.5/4 stars. Well, that was an interesting ending....

Mian is a 19 year old struggling single mom and is trying to do her best to provide for her son. With no family around to help, she decides to try to take things into her own hands (literally). Things get worse when she gets caught stealing from her longtime crush, Angel, and he decides he's going to keep her and her son.

This was a good dark romance read and ended on a cliff hanger I never expected. Mian definitely has some spunk.

Only thing I really didn't like were the "call me daddy" lines during the sex scenes. Grosses me out, I guess.

Read this with kindle unlimited.

Are you fucking kidding me? Mian is a damn snake. A fucking snake ass. Angel is literally keeping her safe and alive yet she just goes and—I can’t even believe this. Mian doesn’t deserve Angel.

#AngelDeservesBetter

It’s actually unbelievable what she did. Like she should be fucking grateful, she’d honestly be dead without Angel. She and her son would’ve starved without Angel’s interference, or murdered too. People want Mian dead.

Angel was literally her saviour. And then she goes and fucks him over.

Ungrateful cunt. Like, I get that she’s 19, she sure ass hell acts like a teenager with that spoiled and bratty attitude.

And then the part where they mention her potentially being a bad mother... well, they aren't wrong. You find her fighting constantly, risking her son’s life by doing so. I think the author was trying to go for a “strong” lead, but every time she fights against Angel, it basically risks her son because she thought at the time that Angel was dangerous, and so was Lucas and Z, but she fights them all. Basically risking her son’s well-being because one, she doesn’t even know where they were keeping Caylen, and two, thinks they would hurt him and her. So I have no idea why she was trying to fight Angel and his crew about everything, it was kind of stupid when they had her son at their disposal.

Mian-fucking-Ross. Horrible heroine. Hate her. Honestly, I think she should’ve aborted or given Caylen to be adopted. She was in no condition to be a mother. Had no support system. Had limited amounts of money. Had an unstable job. Don’t get me wrong, I support teen pregnancy, but she was in no condition to raise a child. To give your child a better life, you need to think about what you have, what they deserve, and think. I once read a book where this woman gave birth to the child of a rapist, (as in the mother was raped) and the mother resented the child and what it represented. Yet the mother raised the child anyways. It kind of reminded me of this story, yet completely different.

And once again I state: #AngelDeservesBetter
