What an interesting book! I think this a really great book for children! With it's rhyming pattern, fun concept, and detailed illustrations, this makes for a really great children's book. My kids really enjoyed the silliness of Dittor von Dapp being scared of something as simple as the light, but explaining the story they understood that you could be afraid of anything but sometimes all it takes is being a little brave and trying something new to overcome your fears. This book provides a great message for children and easily opens the door for us to have discussions about what we're afraid of and what we do to get through it. I would highly recommend this book for a children's library! Great read.

It's really cute, I like the rhyming sentence structure. It's really nice to read aloud. The illustrations are cute too.
